Mr. Michael Mulberry

Mr. Mulberry has been involved in all aspects of mineral exploration from staking and prospecting claims, running exploration and drill programs to financing and management of junior exploration companies for the past 8 years. Michael’s expertise and knowledge of mining in Nevada has proven to be a great asset in the development of both the Dolly Varden and Victoria Mine properties.

From 1988 to 1991 he was employed as a financial planner for London Life Insurance. From 1991 to 1996 he was employed as a financial planner for Financial Planning Group. Mr. Mulberry was employed by Canadian brokerage firm Nesbit Burns as a stock broker/financial planner from June 1996 to March 1998. In 1999 he was placed as acting president for Return Assured and in June 2000 served as Vice President - Investor Relations for Return Assured. Mr. Mulberry holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Western Ontario.

A professional geologist with vast experience in the mining industry, Mr. Macdonald served as Director for Golden Quail Resources Ltd, Avance International and New Shoshoni Inc., and was formerly President/Director for Golden Hemlock Resources, Canadian Comstock Exploration Ltd, and International Calneva Gold Corporation.

Sir Lincoln Fuqua holds a PHD in BioChemistry and has done Graduate and Post Graduate studies in Distance Learning Telecommunications.
He has been a pioneer in computer based education, distance learning, electronic commerce and has developed software driven digital video compression technologies for telecommunications applications and Web TV box technology.

Laurence Stephenson, P.Eng., B.Sc., M.B.A.

Mr. Stephenson’s 30 years experience in the mining sector includes senior
positions with Spirit Lake Explorations, Kokanee Explorations Ltd., Glencairn Explorations Ltd., Golden Hemlock Explorations, Strike Minerals Ltd, Golden Chief Resources Inc., and others. His private consulting company, GeoFin Inc., was incorporated in 1985. Mr. Stephenson oversees GWV’s exploration programs, coordinating the regulatory work to secure prospects while designing and implementing geological exploration and drill programs.
