CONSOLIDATED GOLDWIN VENTURES ACQUIRES NEVADA GOLD AND COPPER
PROPERTY – ELKO COUNTY, NEVADA
(VANCOUVER BC; December 14, 2004) CONSOLIDATED GOLD WIN VENTURES
INC. (CGW TSX-V) announces that it has optioned a 50 % interest
in the South Dolly Varden Claims in the Dolly Varden District,
southeast of Elko, Elko County Nevada, adjacent to Anaconda/Hecla
companies past producing Victoria Mine. The company will pay Kokanee
Placer $75,000 US, issue 750,000 shares and complete $300,000
exploration work over the next 3 years on the 15 claims.
The Victoria Mine operated in the 1970’s into the early
1980’s as a high grade copper producer shipping over 24
million pounds of copper to the Hecla and Andaconda’s smelters.
The Dolly Varden area is recognized as a classic eastern Great
Basin district with base and precious metals associated with upper
Paleozoic sediments intruded by Cretaceous auriferous magmas,
the property has potential targets already for advanced exploration
and development.
The South Dolly Varden Claims, southeast of the Victoria Mine
have significant values of copper (up to 1.3%) and gold (up to
4.27 grams per ton), in grab samples, related to gold-copper porphery
and/or skarn system associated with felsic intrusive dykes. The
related alteration is wide spread at the edge where the mountain
meets the alluvium of the basin, suggesting a significant undiscovered
zone could be present.
The skarn mineralization is similar to a partially delineated
copper skarn zone grading 2.6% copper with potential gold values
that is associated with the Victoria Mine.
Kokanee Placer initiated an exploration program consisting of
geological mapping, rock and soil sampling and geophysical surveys
and has initiated, on behalf of CGW, drill permitting (which should
take about 2 months in Nevada). The company expects to drill the
identified zones early in 2005. The region is accessible year
round for exploration work.
The property has been reviewed by Glen Macdonald, the company’s
“qualified person” under National Instrument 43 –101,
responsible for reviewing the technical disclosure in this news
release.

Diamond Exploration Continues at Drybones
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 11, 2004 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX)
-- CONSOLIDATED GOLD WIN VENTURES INC. (CGW TSX-V) would like
to re-iterate that it continues its 2004 drilling exploration
program on the Drybones Bay kimberlite camp on Great Slave Lake.
The company was granted a land use permit to conduct drilling
exploration on its GSL claims and its GTEN 9 Claim that had a
2 year term. According to past practice once a Land use permit
is issue, further exploration only requires a notification of
the Mackenzie Valley Land and Water Board (MVLWB) and a comment
period to enable the company to accommodate any potential concerns
before the new drill sites were approved.
Since further exploration on the land based portion of the Permit
area has already been approved for the GTEN 9 area, land based
drilling on the GSL claims to test other anomalies was all that
the company was requesting in this first amendment to the initial
permit.
In conjunction with that, the company had First Nation representative,
some who are working for the company, escort elders from the local
community at Dettah (just outside of Yellowknife) to the area
of proposed drilling. They reported back to the First Nation's
Land and Environment at Dettah that the proposed area was acceptable
and no adverse impact would be expected.
CGW expects to resume drilling as soon as the spring break up
is complete and access to the drill site areas can be achieved.

CONSOLIDATED GOLD WIN VENTURES RETAINS RESOURCE PR EXPERTISE
- REPUTATIONS CORPORATION
VANCOUVER BC – APRIL 14, 2004 – CONSOLIDATED GOLD
WIN VENTURES INC. (CGW:TSX-V) announced today that the Company
has selected Reputations Corporation (www.reputations.com) as
its agency of record for media communications, as it commences
diamond exploration drilling at Drybones Bay, NWT.
According to Abby Farrage, Chairman of Consolidated Gold Win
Ventures, Reputations was chosen for its acumen in the resource
sector, particularly its knowledge of the diamond industry in
Canada.
“As we begin drilling for diamonds, we need a reputable
firm that understands the complexities of the diamond industry
and the importance of the Canadian diamond industry as an International
player,” Farrage says. “Reputations is a firm that
can offer all of that with a proven track record of success.”
According to Wayne Hartrick, CEO of Reputations Corporation,
the contract award is both timely and relevant as the reputation
management agency firmly positions itself in the resource sector.
“We are adding a diamond exploration company at the height
of the diamond rush in the NWT,” Hartrick says. “This
coupled with representation of the largest robotic diamond manufacturer
in North America and representation of a Billion dollar silver
equity company - when silver is at its highest price in 20 years,
puts the Canadian resource sector on our most wanted list for
2004.”
“Canadian diamonds are hot…silver, copper and platinum
are hot and we’re thrilled from a professional standpoint
to be building, managing and protecting the reputations of these
dynamic Canadian companies.”
CGW has commenced drilling at Drybones Bay, 45 minutes from Yellowknife,
in April, after receiving the go ahead from the Federal Minister
of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (DIAND), following
a 12-month public consultation process.

DIAMOND EXPLORATION BEGINS AT DRYBONES – CGW BREAKS GROUND
(VANCOUVER BC; APRIL 8, 2004) CONSOLIDATED GOLD WIN VENTURES
INC. (CGW TSX-V) began drilling today at Great Slave Lake’s
Drybones Bay where the company is exploring for diamonds on its
optioned claims adjacent to the diamondiferous kimberlite discovered
last year by New Shoshoni Ventures Ltd.
Up to six holes on three target areas will be drilled in the
next 3-4 weeks. The drill, a Longyear Super 38 will drill through
the 6-8 feet of lake ice and evaluate the potential of the kimberlite
on the property.
According to Abby Farrage, President and Director of CGW, the
three drilling target areas on the GSL Claims have many of the
same attributes as the newly discovered diamond bearing kimberlites
on the adjacent New Shoshoni Ventures property.
“We are drilling in this area with the hopes that these
similar attributes result in similar diamond bearing kimberlite
on our staked property,” Farrage said.
Core will be examined on site by W.G. Timmins P.Eng , who is
the company’s “Qualified Person” as defined
by National Policy Instrument 43-101, before being secured and
transported to a secure facility in Yellowknife for further analysis.
Mr. Timmins was the on site supervisor of last year’s successful
drilling program on the adjacent property which discovered the
new diamond bearing kimberlite – DB –02 at Drybones
Bay.

Consolidated Goldwin Ventures Permit Issued-Diamond Drilling
at Drybones, NWT to Commence Immediately
CONSOLIDATED GOLDWIN VENTURES INC. (CGW TSX-V) received the permit
documents today from the Mackenzie Valley Land and Water Board
(MVLWB) after an arduous 15 month permitting process.
The Land Use Permit issued today by the MVLWB will enable the
company to drill up to six holes initially on three target areas
of the company's optioned claims adjacent to the diamondiferous
kimberlite discovered last year by New Shoshoni Ventures Ltd.
The Land Use Permit issued to Consolidated Gold Win Ventures Ltd.
will make possible the first drill testing in the area of this
second discovered kimberlite pipe in the Drybones Bay area and
highlights the potential for the discovery of a significant cluster
of diamondiferous kimberlites.
The discreet magnetic anomaly that was drilled by New Shoshoni
and found to be related to a kimberlite pipe has a similar discreet
magnetic signature to those found on Consolidated Goldwin's properties.
To recap the data on CGW's targets adjacent to this second kimberlite
discovery, analysis of the magnetometer work completed by CGW
identified that both anomalies are associated with recessive bathometric
zones.
On Grid 1 the anomaly has an elongated WNW axis on the northerly
flank of an associated magnetic identified NW dike system. The
anomaly is discreet and independent of the system and appears
associated with a definite bathometric depression.
The second anomaly on Grid 2, was defined into two adjacent highs
one of which shows three internal magnetic segregations. Another
NW dyke system was identified in the regional survey but is located
south of these discreet magnetic anomalies. As with the Grid 1
anomaly this anomaly appears to be associated with a definite
bathometric depression
